So tak Glammm?

“So tak Glam!” is actually a very apt description of the writer. If you had in any chance seen the way she eat, sleep, play, dress or talk, you’ll be alarmed. Oh and her loudness. She can be really loud most of the at times. Just the volume of her laughter can be heard 20 blocks away. But please don’t be scared, she’s really friendly actually. (:

But underneath the tak glam side, she has a soft spot for chick flicks, cute babies, heels, clothes, sushi and her 10-year-old tarepanda. She loves fashion and yearn to be a stylist for a fashion magazine one day. But reality hits hard on her one day when she realise that the fashion ladder’s not as easy to climb as she thinks it is.

And so she took up a job as a wardrobe assistant in TV/movie productions for a year before letting the curtains fall. She realise that to survive in Singapore, she needs a paper also known as a degree. She tried and and tried.. and she tried. To cut the long story short, she didn’t make it into the local universities.

But this did not falter her. With the help of a very loving boyfriend and endless support from her friends and family, she picked herself up and planned her Plan B, which is to find a job. And after going through countless interviews, she finally landed herself a job in the education line as a Business Development Exec. A pretty cool job, she would say.

This blog serves as back-up for one part of her brain, also known as the memory part. Her streak of scatterbrain didn’t allow infinite gigabytes worth of storage in her brain.

So if you do see her around, please stop by for 1 min to say “Hi!” It’d really perk up her day. :)
